Changing my password and adding a profile image
Posted: Tue Jan 15, 2019 3:16 pmI had to leave the beginners session early and missed the bit on how to change my password. I'd also like to add a profile pic and need some guidance on this too.

Top left of the forum page, under the Logo and under the 'board index' link, you will see a link to 'user control panel'. Click that and you get to a page with 7 tabs. Click on 'profile' and that allows you to enter/edit personal stuff. On the left on that page, there are 4 'vertical' tabs to edit 'profile', 'signature', 'avatar' and 'account settings'. Clicking the latter will allow you to change your password and email address. 'Avatar' will let you upload a pic, but take care to size it according to the specs given - we've found that GIF format images are more likely to fit within the size limitations.
