AV Annual Competition 2023 Results

The Beacon Audio Visual Group is led by Peter Warner ARPS and was set up to support members in creating audio-visual sequences and developing their understanding and expertise in producing them. From Sept 2017 the group meet on a monthly basis, usually on the first Monday evening of the month, at the Great Malvern Hotel. The programme includes a mixture of workshops, sharing of AVs, lectures and an annual competition. Peter can be contacted using av@beaconcameraclub.co.uk.

AV Annual Competition 2023 Results

Thanks to all who contributed to the competition last night and congratulations to all award winners. The results were:

Open competition Commended - Cacophony, Colour & Care' by John Savage; Highly Commended - Why Oh Wye? by Jon Lloyd; Winner 'Faithful' by Sue Warner.

Photo Harmony competition Commended - 'Images of Southern Ireland' by Steve Reeves; Welcome to Worcester Cathedral' by Peter Warner; 'Around The World In Black And White' by Sue Warner; Highly Commended - 'The Call Of The Ocean' by Sue Warner; Winner - 'A Day Without Rain' by Peter Warner

The competition was judged by Andrew Gagg FRPS.
