Winter shoot on the hills

Postby peterr » Sun Feb 11, 2018 8:30 pm

Short notice and I'm not convinced that we will get typical winter scenes, but I am proposing a landscape practical session on the hills for Sunday 18th February. We will start at the car park at the top of Castlemorton common at 2:30p.m. We will be looking to take advantage of late afternoon / early evening light on either the Swinyard Hill ridge or the the Midsummer's Hill ridge. I would be interested, if the weather co-operates.

I'm afraid I can't make Sunday 18th Feb.

Sorry.

IMPORTANT - CHANGE OF DATE
The forecast for Sunday is dire to say the least (persistent rain). I am therefore offering the alternative of Saturday 17th February - same time (2:30) same place (top Castlemorton car park (Swinyard Hill car park). The forecast for Saturday looks very good.
I will be there on Saturday, but I will go again on Sunday, just in case there are some who haven't picked up this message and still turn out.

OK Peter, will see you there. It looks like it might be just two of us for the Sunday session. We had quite a successful day yesterday.

In that case do you want to cancel as it's not a great day and if there's only two of us it's not worth it?

Thanks Ruaridh. And did you eventually spot that red kite?
