Club rules on composite images

“Images must have originated as photographs (image captures of objects via light sensitivity) made by the entrant on photographic emulsion or acquired digitally. Traditional film images taken originally by the entrant may be scanned to create a digital file. Images may be altered, either digitally or otherwise by the entrant, and artwork or computer graphics created by the entrant may be incorporated if the photographic content predominates.

The following are not permitted:

    - Images or parts thereof used as elements of the composite, which were re-captured from other photographers’ existing images of whatever kind.

    - The use of third party images such as clip art and textures which were not taken or created by the photographer.

    - Images that are created mainly or totally electronically with little or no photographic origin.
