Evening all.
A friend of mine asked me for some help regarding transferring images from his recently purchased SonyA7R3 to a Mac and smartphone.
He is a potential new member and I hope somebody can help.
If anyone can help please let me know and I will pass on his details.

I spoke to my friend, he had already looked at the video you recommended but unfortunately it didn't solve the problem.
I think he needs someone who owns the camera he has to walk him through the problem.
I think his main issue is transferring from camera to mobile phone. There are so many confusing menus!
